Staff at the Information Technology Services Response Center are specially trained to provide computer support for CCI models. You can get help from the ITRC 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 962-HELP, or visit the UNC-Chapel Hill CCI Help and Support site.

On-Campus Repair

The award-winning ITS Computer Repair Center (CRC) is one of the largest repair centers in the Southeast. Its mission is to provide students, faculty and staff with the quickest possible warranty repairs of their CCI-purchased laptops and desktops. Worried about the wait? Loaner laptops are provided to students, faculty and staff when available.

Premium Software

With the purchase of a CCI laptop, you will be eligible for premium software such as Adobe Photoshop Elements, Adobe Premier Elements and Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote and Access.
