Carolina Students.  We need your input! 

Whether you own a CCI laptop or not, we want your feedback on the laptop options available to students through the CCI.  Your input will help to shape the options for future UNC Chapel Hill students.

Please take a few minutes (less than 10) to complete the CCI Student Survey.

All student entries (one per student) that meet the eligibility requirements will be entered into the prize drawing.  The winner of the drawing will have their choice of:  a Nintendo Wii, a Lenovo netbook or a $100 gift certificate to UNC Student Stores. 

Eligibility Requirements

1.  Entrant must be enrolled at UNC Chapel Hill for fall semester 2009

2.  Entrant must submit a valid PID and email address with their survey answers

3.  Entrant must complete the CCI Student Survey by Noon on Wednesday, Dec 9.

4.  One entry per student will be eligible for the prize drawing

$114,300 per year. That's how much the CCI is saving UNC-Chapel Hill students, on average, due to a new coverage plan for CCI laptop packages.
