- No other hardware specs can be changed at the time of order
After purchase:
- Apple models cannot be upgraded
- Some Lenovo models can upgrade RAM
- All Lenovo models can upgrade SSD

Making returns
Need to return your computer? Customers have five business days to initiate a return by contacting the ITS Service Desk or customer care at UNC Student Stores. The computer must be promptly returned to UNC Student Stores. All returns must be in original condition in original packaging (i.e., box and all packing materials) and include all materials (brochures, disks, power supply, battery, etc.).
