The CCI program is a great choice for UNC departments. CCI is cost effective, with initial purchase discounts of up to 50% off. When you buy CCI computers for your department, you will enjoy the highest level of support available on campus and minimize the cost of computer support for years to come.

Products and pricing

UNC-Chapel Hill departments can purchase CCI laptops with University or grant funds. Make CCI purchases using BuyCarolina in Connect Carolina.

Faculty and staff can also purchase a CCI computer for personal use with personal funds through the UNC Student Stores Tech Shop. Visit our CCI for Faculty and Staff page for details.

Ready to buy?

Departmental orders must be made through BuyCarolina in ConnectCarolina. ePro orders over $5000 need to go through Connect Carolina Purchase Requisition. Lenovo’s target delivery for CCI product is five days from receipt of order and non-CCI product is 10 days from receipt of order. For large orders over $5000, CCI would like as much advance notice as possible so that stock is made available locally.

If you have an immediate need, please contact UNC Student Stores customer care to purchase through the Tech Shop. If the product is in stock you may purchase using a P Card. Student Stores also charges a small convenience/stocking fee.

If you are using grant funds, you must purchase through BuyCarolina.
